Nauka - The definition Through constant trial and error, exploring and learning one gains knowledge, which allows development in life. Our method for this is fight training. Many people are exposed to daily negative stress, through work, family and problems. Through intelligent coaching Nauka offers the opportunity to strengthen the body and mind in order to reduce the daily stress, get fit and promote self-confidence. Nauka creates a unique opportunity to explore oneself and to live more consciously, fulfilled and peaceful through fight training. The goal is to challenge yourself, to develop and to be a winner of your own life. With Nauka we resist such a negative image and make use of our fight training to go positive and motivated through life. One must also not be a "tough guy" or a "fight-amazone" to conduct martial arts. Nauka combat training offers a demanding challenge for everyone in a friendly community. One must learn to deal with defeat, to not become depressed. Likewise, one must also deal with victories, to not become overbearing. These experiences are very important for the own goals in life! Nauka has two sides: fight training and self protection. Both have different objectives, but can also be fluent, as they complement each other perfectly. Each student can decide for himself/herself which goals he/she wants to pursue.
In former times, methods of fighting have been passed down from older generations to the younger ones, in all cultures around the world. Here, too! It was necessary to protect one`s life, the family and the property. ![]() Nauka is deeply rooted in the warrior culture of our ancestors. Values such as honor, justice, courage and respect are very important for a good character and a fulfilled life. Today, fighting is often seen as primitive, by some people. This is due to false preconceptions. The society shapes us from our childhood and tells us that one must controvert, not argue and not fight. But it is not so simple, as fighting is much more than just “punching” and "kicking"! Many people feel trapped in their bodies and do not know what to do with their energy. They often do not dare to speak their minds because they fear that they also have to enforce them, unless someone has not the same opinion. Aggression is a natural instinct of man. If we give it no exit, then it accumulates and can lead to uncontrolled outbreaks or illness. Often, many people let their aggression illegally out on other people or on their property. Each of us knows his or her everyday problems and it is good to let them out. In the Nauka fight training one can do so in a legal and healthy way! For us, fighting is not just to destroy, but to master challenges in life and to develop positively with a higher consciousness. In fact, we fight constantly in our lives! One wants to be healthy, to live safely, to be loved, to realize oneself, ... We are living in a turbulent and increasingly demanding world, where it is inadvisable to simply say: "I do not need to fight!". What has been tought traditionally, we teach today in our coaching sessions with the modern method of Nauka.
